Our fleet of machines is as follows:
– Hot chamber machines from 40 Tons to 150 Tons
– Cold chamber machines from 200 Tons to 500 Tons
Our Presses are S.S.P. and Inject Control System checked; so we are able to verify in real time all the injection parameters settled; presses for the production of aluminium casting are part of fully automated die-casting cells.
As a result we provide an higher quality standard.
All the processes concerning the Production/Quality are completely managed by a “dedicated software”.
Therefore, through a network of personal computers, we can control in real time
the advance of orders from the office.
