Melting and die-casting

MELTING
Thanks to the melting furnace with an automatic check of necessary metal charge, we are able to keep a steady temperature of molten metal, which is then transferred onto the electric holding furnace near the press.
The centralized melting furnace allows us to obtain a better quality and cleaning of raw material.
The moulding of aluminium components is made using cold chamber machines from 200 to 500 tons, which are part of fully automated die-casting cells.
The moulding of zinc alloy components is realized by means of hot chamber machines from 60 to 150 tons.
All our presses are check by ICS (Inject Control Systems), so that we can verify in real time all the injection parameters settled. The out of tolerance castings are rejected by robot.
Moreover, all the presses are check by a MES (Manufacturing Execution System), that enables the workers to check in real time the progress of work orders (check of production downtime, scraps).
